Balti recipe for Green tea "Po Cha "

A recipe for Po Cha (Tibetan Butter Tea) made with green tea.

Ingredients:

10 cups water

3 green tea bags

1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp ground cardamom

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions:

Bring the water to a boil in a medium-sized pot. Add the green tea bags and let steep for 5-10 minutes, or until the tea is strong and fragrant.
