Ingredients:

1 lb Prapu (wheat noodles)

1 cup walnuts

2 cloves garlic

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

Begin by preparing your ingredients. Cook the Prapu (wheat noodles) according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside. Finely chop the garlic and fresh parsley.

In a food processor or blender, combine the walnuts, garlic, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and water. Process until smooth and creamy paste forms, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
